After receipt of the reservation form and the deposit, a written confirmation will be sent to you by post and the rental contract will take effect.
1 – RESERVATION
The prices for pitches and accommodation include 10% VAT (rate in force on January 1, 2014).
Please check availability.
Deposit:
- 30% of the total amount of the stay (for camping pitches or rentals of 7 nights or more), or
- 50% of the total amount of the stay (for rentals in low season of 1 to 6 nights), or
- 100% (for any rental reservation made less than 30 days before the planned arrival date).
BOOKING FEES: €15 (for any rental reservation) or €10 (for any camping pitch reservation).
The contract is personal, strictly limited to the accommodation capacity and to the number of persons declared on the contract.
We confirm your reservation by email or by post upon receipt of your deposit.
2 – PAYMENT / METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept: credit card (Visa/Mastercard), bank or postal cheque, holiday vouchers, or bank transfer payable to SARL BSG –

(Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer).
For rental accommodation, the balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before the planned arrival date.
For camping pitches, the balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival.
Upon request, payment in instalments is possible.
3 – CANCELLATION
Refunds:
- 90 days before the arrival date: 100% of the deposit refunded
- 60 days before the arrival date: 50% of the deposit refunded
- Less than 30 days before arrival: 0% (no refund)
In all cases, booking fees remain payable to the campsite.
Cancellation must be made by registered letter at least 30 days before your arrival.
4 – LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE
No refund or discount will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure, even if we have been notified.
5 – ARRIVALS
Rental accommodation:
On the day of your arrival, the accommodation will be available from 4:00 PM.
A €200 security deposit will be required and returned on the day of departure.
You will be asked to check the inventory sheet and to report within 24 hours to reception any missing item and/or anomaly.
Camping pitch:
On the day of your arrival, the pitch will be available from 12:00 noon.
Late arrivals are only possible until 10:00 PM, provided that reception is informed by telephone on the same day.
6 – DEPARTURES
Rental accommodation:
After inspection, the accommodation must be vacated before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
The deposit will be returned provided that:
- no damage has occurred in the accommodation,
- the inventory is complete,
- the accommodation is left in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival.
If cleaning is considered unsatisfactory, or if you prefer not to carry out this task, a flat cleaning fee of €30 will be charged.
Any damage to the accommodation and/or its equipment will be repaired immediately at the tenant’s expense.
Departure inspections must take place during reception opening hours.
Camping pitch:
The pitch must be vacated before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
After this time, an additional night will be charged.
The pitch must be left empty of any installation, clean, and all rubbish removed.
Any extra charges (pet, second vehicle, visitors, etc.) must be paid according to the current rates.
7 – PETS
Pets are allowed. Vaccination records must be up to date.
They must be kept on a leash within the campsite and walked outside the campsite for their needs (excrement must be collected and disposed of if necessary).
8 – INTERNAL RULES
Guests must ensure that they comply with the campsite internal regulations (available upon request).
Camping de l’Arquebuse declines all responsibility.
In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Dijon has exclusive jurisdiction.
